Nursing service department is living the change. It is geared towards learning our skills and working through cross functional teams in the spirit of helping-hand. We considered nursing staff not just a caring profession, but an art and a vocation.
Our nurses were trained by a nurse who received an award for best national nurse in UK.
We manage our nurses and their activities such as:
- Total quality management
- Training
- Basic life support (BLS)
- Advance cardiac life support (ACLS)
- In-service training (e.g EKG)
We educate, equip and empower our staff to give them the courage to face the challenge of change and in the process to maximize their potential.
As Citycare grows they also grow as professionals.
